Our Brotherhood
You belong here — no matter your age, story, or how you became a dad.

All Dads Welcome
Whether you're 22 or 62, a new dad or a grandfather — single, married, or somewhere in between — this brotherhood is for you. No exceptions. We walk together because fatherhood is better in community.
Why We Exist
The Daddy Stroller Social Club was created to bring dads together through community, wellness, and meaningful connection. Whether you're a new dad, a seasoned father, married, single, or somewhere in between — you'll find a place here.
Start Here
No pressure. No membership required. Just dads showing up for each other.
Find the registration table. Grab a name tag.
Quick intros, no pressure. We've all been new.
A relaxed loop. Stroller, wagon, or kid on shoulders.
Time for the little ones to run, climb, and make friends.
Linger. Exchange numbers. Plan the next hang.
Leave with brothers you can call anytime — not just for a walk.
Next Stride
Our next brotherhood meetup is a summer splash day at Northstar at Bridgepoint Academy. Bring the kids, bring the water gear, and come ready to connect.

From the Brotherhood

As a new dad, DSSC gave me a support system I didn't know I needed.

I came for a walk and left with brothers I can call anytime.

My kids look forward to every stride. It's family time and brotherhood in one.
Featured Story

StoryCorps · NPR · June 13, 2025
Kalvin Bridgewater started the Daddy Stroller Social Club in Fort Worth, Texas after his bout with postpartum depression. Through park meet-ups with food and activities for kids, now with chapters in multiple cities, the club has become a way for dads to support each other. He came to StoryCorps with Landon Taylor – a club member turned close friend – to talk about when he first became a father.
Listen on StoryCorps→Our Mission
While maternal mental health has gained long-overdue recognition, fathers too face emotional, psychological, and identity challenges — especially during the postpartum and early childhood years. Yet many dads navigate these struggles in silence.
We believe every father, regardless of race, ethnicity, or background, deserves access to support and care. We are building an inclusive community rooted in advocacy, outreach, and storytelling.
"So they can thrive in their role as caregivers and nurturers of strong, healthy families."
